A welcoming first step
Help people picture their first Sunday.
Before someone walks through your doors, they may visit your website to find service times, directions, what to expect, and a message they can watch. We help your church make that first visit feel easier.
We build custom WordPress church websites with clear visitor information and dedicated places for sermons, events, and newsletters. Your staff and volunteers can keep the congregation informed without rebuilding a page every week.

Built for the life of your church
Sermons, events, and newsletters. Each with its own place.
These are working features on the Shiloh Methodist Church website we built. Each has its own content area in WordPress, so new entries follow a consistent layout and appear in the right archive.
01 / Sermons
Keep your messages easy to find.
Add a sermon title, featured image, and YouTube link. The sermon archive gives visitors and members a place to browse past messages, and the latest sermon can also appear on the homepage.
- A dedicated sermon page for each message
- A browsable archive with titles and dates
- YouTube video displayed on the website
02 / Events
Share the details people need to show up.
Publish an event with its date, start and end time, location, and description. Shiloh’s event pages bring those details together with an inquiry form, while upcoming events have a central listing.
- Separate fields for dates, times, and location
- Individual event pages you can share
- A clear way for visitors to ask a question
03 / Newsletters
Give church news a lasting home.
Upload your newsletter PDF to a dedicated newsletter entry. Members can find an issue by date, view it online, or download a copy. A signup form gives visitors a way to ask to receive church updates.
- A dated archive of church newsletters
- View and download links for each PDF
- Newsletter signup available alongside the archive
Your church gets its own design and content structure. We plan which features you need, show your team how to add an entry, and keep the layout consistent. Read the Shiloh Project Spotlight.
The complete website project
A church website that serves visitors and your team.
Design, content planning, search foundations, launch support, and care are handled together. We shape the pages and features around your congregation.
Visitor and ministry pages
Service times, directions, what to expect, beliefs, leadership, and the ministries you want to introduce. We help turn your notes into clear copy, with your team reviewing church information.
A design that feels like your church
Your identity, photos, and message guide the design. Phone, tablet, and desktop layouts are reviewed, along with readable text, navigation, and practical accessibility basics.
Search foundations
Page titles, descriptions, headings, local context, image descriptions, and crawlable pages help search engines understand your church. We plan sitemap and Search Console setup as part of launch.
Forms and connections
Contact and visitor inquiry forms, newsletter signup, social links, and video embeds can support your existing workflow. Giving links and other church tools are reviewed during planning.
Simple editing and handoff
Dedicated content areas keep recurring updates organized. We show the people who will manage the website how to publish content and make routine text and image changes.
A careful launch or redesign
We review existing content, useful URLs, domain access, and migration needs before replacing an old site. Launch checks cover links, forms, mobile layouts, and the agreed Google tools.
Helping nearby families find your church.
We are based in North Carolina and can work with churches in Liberty, Greensboro, Burlington, High Point, Winston-Salem, Raleigh, and surrounding communities. Your website should clearly explain where your church meets, when services happen, and what a first-time visitor can expect.
That information supports local search and gives people a reason to visit. We can also review your Google Business Profile information with your authorization. Learn about our local SEO setup. Search foundations are part of the build; ongoing monthly SEO campaigns are not a packaged service.
Church website pricing

From conversation to launch
A manageable process for a busy church team.
01
Talk through your needs
Share your current site, the people you serve, who will update it, and the features you need. We define the scope and quote.
02
Gather and organize
We help plan the pages and copy. Your team provides and approves church details, photos, beliefs, service times, and existing resources.
03
Build and review
Review the design and content, then try the sermon, event, and newsletter workflow. We check the experience across screen sizes.
04
Launch and support
We coordinate the agreed domain and content move, verify the launch details, show your team how to edit, and begin ongoing care.

Church website questions
A few things your team may be wondering.
Can our staff or volunteers add sermons, events, and newsletters?
Yes. We can set up separate content areas for each one, as we did for Shiloh. Your team adds the information in a consistent set of fields and publishes the entry. We show the people responsible for updates how the workflow works.
Can we keep our current domain and move our existing content?
Usually, yes. We review your domain access, current platform, content, and useful URLs first. Moving a large sermon or newsletter archive takes additional planning, and that work is included in the quote when needed. We plan redirects when URLs change.
Can you connect online giving or a livestream?
We can review a giving link or supported embed from your existing provider, plus YouTube or other supported video links. Provider compatibility, account access, fees, and any custom connections are confirmed during planning. The website project does not include producing or operating a livestream.
What pages should a small church website include?
Start with a helpful homepage, visitor information and directions, service times, about and beliefs, leadership, ministries, and contact information. Add sermons, events, and newsletters when your team will keep them current. We can plan a giving page around your existing provider.
How long does a church website take to build?
A focused website usually takes a few weeks once the content and assets are ready. A large archive move, special features, or multiple review rounds can take longer. We agree on a realistic schedule after reviewing the scope and who will approve the content.
Will you help our church show up in Google?
We include the website foundations: useful local content, clear headings, page titles and descriptions, and a crawlable site structure. Google tools and launch checks help us verify the setup. Search rankings and visitor growth cannot be guaranteed, and ongoing SEO campaigns are not included in the monthly care plan.
Do you only work with churches in North Carolina?
North Carolina is our home base, and Shiloh Methodist Church in Liberty is one example of our work. We can also work with churches elsewhere through the same online planning, review, and handoff process.
What should we send you to get a quote?
Send your church name, location, current website if you have one, the pages and features you need, and any target launch date. Tell us who will maintain the content and whether sermons, events, newsletters, or giving tools need to move. Use our contact form to request a church website quote.
